Ingredients:
- Maida - 250 gms
- Wheat Floor - 25 gms
- Rice floor - 25 gms
- Basin floor - 25 gms
- Jeera - 50 gms
- Green chilli - 50 gms
- Salt - 50 gms
- Lemon juice - 50 ml
- Ginger - 50 gms
- Curry leaves - 50 gms
- Coriander leaves - 50 gms
- Curd - 250ml
- Vegetable Oil - 250 ml
Methadology :
- Cut Green chilli, ginger coriander leaves, curry leaves cut into fine pieces.
- Take a mixing pan add maida, rice floor, wheat floor, basin floor and mix uniformly.
- Add Green chilli, ginger coriander leaves, curry leaves and mix uniformly.
- Add salt, jeera, lemon juice and mix uniformly.
- Add curd and smash the mix for five minutes.
- If required add little water and make the mix into thick mixture so that you can bake with oil as a small balls.
- Keep the mix for one hour.
- Then make small round ball and bake with vegetable oil till golden brown color.
- The Goli baje is ready to serve.
- Serve the bun with coconut chatni and samber.
